Heading Back to School

Last week was new teacher training, this week is regular teacher workshop week, next week school starts.

And I'm feeling a myriad of emotions...

Excitement... for the new school year.

Anxiousness... over my first year teaching full time, and teaching two new classes, having multiple people have to observe me over the year.

Concern... for my students who are often anxious at the beginning of a new year.

Grateful... that I got a full time job.

Happiness... that I have made a new friend of a fellow teacher who is also new and teaches what I do.

So many emotions in one little vessel... me.  But I'm excited.  And I will have lots of inspiration for writing I'm sure.  But I also have decided that I'm going to pick a few days a week where I will force myself to get back into the habit of writing.  And trying to write well.  I've fallen off the wagon lately.

Life is busy, it's fast paced.  

There is so much to do in what seems to be so little time.

Remember there are many things in life that can wait.  

But The Sunset Won't!
